Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was surprisingly different from what the pictures showed at booking, but it was reasonably priced. The mezzanine room layout with the bed upstairs was unique, though uninviting. The €1 coffee was a nice touch.
The hotel had a few drawbacks with its rooms lacking atmosphere and no communal breakfast available that night, but the location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby. The service, despite feeling a little lost, was amazing and pet amenities were a nice touch.
The hotel is located centrally in Brussels, close to many restaurants and sights. The rooms are more spacious than expected, but there was an underground area with a bad smell. The service was friendly but not too helpful due to strict management, and language barriers were present. The dining options had a good variety, albeit a bit expensive. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, but can be noisy from nearby bars.
Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, and it lacked serious basics. The layout, with the bed upstairs and the rest downstairs, was extremely uncomfortable. However, the hotel staff were amazing and accommodating, and I loved the room's view. They were super helpful with any demands we had. The breakfast range was lovely with pet amenities available. The location was excellent, being close to the main railway station and within easy access to all the main sights. The dining experience was ok, priced at 10 euros, which turned out to be excellent value compared to nearby options. The rooms were really comfy, and the service was superb. The hotel's facilities were simple and normal.
The hotel was cozy but split on 2 floors, with one lovely room equipped with all essentials and another poor one. The bathroom required descending very steep stairs. The service was mixed, with pleasant and helpful staff but some issues with management communication. The location was ideal, close to the city center and key attractions. The dining experience ranged from nice to not good, with some variety but not ideal for kids. Additional Details: Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location, mixed dining quality.
The hotel was a bit darker, yet that might be because I preferred a quiet room looking into the yard. The service was very helpful in resolving our musty smelling room issue. The location is very comfortable, close to the city center and the central station. The dining experience had plenty of options to choose from.
